Pottery Barn Kids Gear Project

For a project as part of the interviewing process, I designed two seasonal collections of gear for Pottery Barn Kids, focusing on print and pattern design for backpacks, lunch bags, and water bottles.

The first collection was for a preppy boy and the second collection was for a preppy girl. The project aimed to blend classic preppy aesthetics with whimsical, emotional icons, tailored to children aged 4-8. Both collections featured icon prints, mixer prints, and specialty techniques, while storytelling was central to the design direction.

A third collection for nursery gear included a diaper bag and additional accessory, following an elevated Spring aesthetic. My designs were supported by trend research and color palette references to align with the brand’s playful yet refined style.
